About Pamela

An accomplished facilitator and planner, Pamela’s passion is to support organizations in their journey to make meaningful change for people and communities.

Partner - Pamela works with you to make a positive impact for people and communities. After establishing Veradus Consulting in 2002, Pamela has evolved a diverse client base that includes local, regional, national and international nonprofit agencies, associations, partnerships and public-sector organizations.

Facilitator - Pamela is a dynamic facilitator with a reputation for asking provocative questions that can lead to fresh insights and alignment of thinking. She designs engagement processes that will help provide the momentum for people to follow through.

She is a certified professional facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators and an affiliate of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute. She has training in facilitation, visual thinking, stakeholder engagement, participatory inquiry, coaching, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Planner - Pamela has finely tuned analytic skills focused on gathering the information and evidence required to support deliberations and making the linkages between what is happening in the broader system and operational realities. She holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Guelph.

Pamela leads all Veradus engagements. When complementary skills are needed, she collaborates with trusted, skilled partners. In turn, Pamela associates with other consulting firms when her expertise will bring value.
